Skip to contentJuhee Lim made her international debut at age nine, performing with the Mariinsky Orchestra under Valery Gergiev at the Stars of the White Nights Festival in Russia. She has since performed as a guest with the London Symphony Orchestra in Korea and appeared at the Annecy Festival in France in Denis Matsuev and Friends.
She has collaborated regularly with Maestro Myung-Whun Chung, performing with the Asia Philharmonic, Tokyo Philharmonic, and One Korea Youth Orchestra. As a soloist, she has appeared with major Korean orchestras such as the Seoul Philharmonic, Gyeonggi Philharmonic, and Incheon Philharmonic, and at the Seoul Arts Center Symphony Festival.
An active chamber musician, she has been invited to festivals including the PyeongChang Music Festival, Seoul Spring Festival, and Suntory Hall Chamber Music Garden. She was named a Rising Star and Music Award recipient at the Ishikawa Music Academy.
Her recital credits include Myeongdong Cathedral, Seoul Arts Center, Lotte Concert Hall, and debut performances at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. She was selected as a Noblesse Korea Rising Star and a Forbes Korea Next Generation Leader.
Juhee Lim is currently studying with Robert McDonald at the Juilliard School.
